Joshua is a seasoned Supply Chain Management (SCM) professional with over 29 years of experience. He is currently a Senior Advisor with Chevron’s SCM Operations & Digital group. He embarked on his journey with Chevron in 2002 as the Global Category Manager for IT hardware, software, and telecom within the Information Technology Company. In 2004, he transitioned to Strategic Sourcing, overseeing numerous sourcing projects within Global Downstream. By 2007, Joshua was appointed SCM Manager for Chevron Pipeline & Power Company in Bellaire, TX. In 2010, Joshua took on an expatriate assignment as a Category Manager within Chevron’s Southern Africa Strategic Business Unit (SASBU) in Luanda, Angola. He returned to Houston, TX, in 2013 as the SASBU Projects SCM Manager. Later in 2015, he became the Manager of Market Intelligence within the Corporate SCM function.

Before joining Chevron, Joshua spent seven (7) years at Ford Motor Company in Global Purchasing, focusing on automotive components, indirect materials, and telematics.

Joshua holds an MBA in Marketing and Operations from the University of Pittsburgh and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
