Previously, James led procurement at Formulated Solutions ($100M+ spend) and Power Design, Inc. ($250M+ spend), where he built high-performing teams, launched digital procurement tools, and negotiated major supplier contracts—delivering $45M in savings and boosting operational efficiency.
