Michael manages the Procurement function for JLL's Corporate Solutions business in Asia Pac. With a team of 210 sourcing professionals around the region and combined spend of USD7 billion, he manages the procurement of goods and services for Facilities Management clients as well as Projects clients.
A strong background in creating and developing procurement teams within the region, Michael has completed three greenfield procurement implementations in Asia. Specializing in partnering with internal stakeholders as well as the delivery of significant savings programs that support bottom line growth.
