Mark Kaczynski was appointed Regional Senior Vice President, Finance & Information
Technology for Nissan Americas in April 2021. In this role, he leads strategic initiatives
focused on financial optimization, advanced technology and systems, and regional
security operations across the Americas.
Previously, Mark served as Vice President, Finance & Administration for the Africa,
Middle East, India & Oceania (AMIO) region, where he oversaw finance and accounting,
legal, internal audit, corporate services, and customs and tax functions.
Since joining Nissan in 2007, Mark has held several key leadership roles, including
President of Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp. (2012–2017), where he managed financial
services across the Americas, and Chief Financial Officer of INFINITI Motor Company
(2017–July 2020).
Prior to his tenure at Nissan, he held leadership positions at Fisher Scientific and Ford
Motor Company.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a Master of
Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
