Susan Clapham founded Clapham Consulting (CCI) after experiencing firsthand how the right advisors/consultants elevate teams, improve performance, and accelerate results. I have the privilege of helping organizations achieve the same, aligning their strategy, strengthening operations, and reaching their goals. CCI focuses on Leadership/People, Operations, Transformation, and Strategic Planning. Susan spent the first decade of her career in industry roles at Otis Elevator, Kuhlman Electric (now ABB), and the Hon Company. Susan has been in consulting for 15+ years (including ~4 years at McKinsey & Company). She has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and an MSM from Purdue University. In addition, Susan periodically teaches at the University of North Carolina.
